Restrictions

I'm going to say something that I feel rather strongly about, but is a bit controversial.

I think that the elderly should take a driving test every year after 65 or 70. I've had too many almost accidents involving the elderly to count.

I took these pictures after an elderly man, who was talking on his cell and smoking while driving, wrecked his car. He drove across five lanes into on coming traffic to land where you see the car. Not good. No cell phones while driving and PAY ATTENTION please! I'm on the road with you and I'd like to live a bit longer.
