The OR Nurse just called and said that the actual operation didn't begin until 10:50 so it will likely not be over until 2-3 pm. She said everything was going fine. She said the Obstetricians came in and checked here already and the baby was fine. She said there were no problems. "Lord, I claim this promise for my wife just now, as it was said of Ruth may it be said of you: Ruth 2:12 “The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.”

Thank you for your prayers and support. Christine loves to read all your e-mail and posts. If she can't move or speak well after surgery she will be able to use her left arm to move the mouse and get all your messages. She checked them before we went to sleep and it wasn’t very long before she was up again and couldn’t go back to sleep so she checked them again in the middle of the night. There were 15 more posts. Thank you so much. They mean a lot to her and to me to see so many concerned and expressing encouragement and prayers. She can't respond but they do warm her heart. She is constantly checking her messages.
She will feel so badly that we are not at the wedding. I know God's timing is perfect and we are grateful for his mercy to us in having us here and getting the surgery behind us. Praise God but we will be there in spirit.
